No. The camera and Mount are fixed. The mount is an interesting compression-based mount - A flat plate on the camera and a hinged V-Shape behind that can be "snugged" up against the back of the screen, or a cabinet door, or basically any 1" think or less flattish surface, but there is no swivel on the mount, only a limited tilt.
