• It will cover 20x20 easily. 30x30 should work if it is a clear and open space

• The Logicircle camera I have is mounted at 6 ft above my elevated deck and it sees the entire back yard to the street- a distance of over 50 ft. Small details can be seen well to 35 ft. The width of video view is approximately 15 ft. At the mounting height I can see 10ft in height.
