- Answer I've had no problem cleaning the case with an alcohol wipe- it's a cloth-feel material but is holding up just fine after a year of wiping down. Still looks new!

- Answer Hello! This is the keyboard case for the newest model iPad Pro 11 inch. The 11" iPad Pro is off by two models, when comparing to the 12.9" iPad Pro, because the first two smaller iPad Pros were 9.7" instead.

- Answer It appears that the iPad Pro 11" 4th generation has a new camera design so although it may fit, it might not properly fit the camera cutout of the case, flush. - Will, Logitech.

QuestionWhy did you take away the magnetic flap to hold the Apple pencil? Previous generations of this case had the flap to secure the pencil, this one doesn't?

- Answer Hello FLGAL, This Combo Touch is specifically for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Gen iPads and features an opening where the Apple Pencil magnetically will attach to those Gens of iPads to charge. If you look at the "From the Manufacturer" tab at BestBuy.com (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/logitech-combo-touch-ipad-pro-11-keyboard-case-for-apple-ipad-1st-2nd-and-3rd-gen-sand/6468041.p?skuId=6468041) you'll see where the Apple pencil will fit. The Combo Touch for later Gens of iPads (7th, 8th, & 9th Gens) does feature a flap that will securely hold an Apple Pencil or Logitech's Crayon. - Richard from Logitech
