• I have a yeti professional x with a two attachments on the arm and no issues of it bending falling or anything so you should be ok

• Hello. The Compass boom arm was made for the Yeti and Radius III shockmount. They integrate perfectly together. The arm is one of the strongest booms I've used and it can hold much more than the listed 2.4 pounds.
