• It does work on iPads 2018 and later. Make certain iPad is updated to iOS 11.4 or above

• Hello, The Crayon works with all iPad 9th gen models: A2602, A2603, A2604, and A2605. Make sure your iPad is updated to iOS 11.4 or above. To check you iOS version, go to iPad Settings > General > Software. Press the power button for 1 second. If the LED turns green, you're ready to go. If LED turns red, charge Crayon before use.
