• Hello Marci, The Logitech M317 Mouse has a USB Nano receiver connection. The MacBook Apple Air has USB-C slots. The M317 mouse will not work with this computer unless you use an adapter from USB to USB-C. Please visit the Logitech support website, if would like assistance. -John
