“My Microsoft mouse eats batteries. One of the things I read online said that a dark and/or patterned mouse pad can cause the wireless optics to work overtime. I'm going to buy this Logitech mouse, so what mouse pad color/pattern is good to use for it?”

• I don't use a mouse pad. I just have the mouse on some smooth wood with my keyboard as it moves in and out.

• This mouse does not require any mouse pad. Works on any surface; some better than others but almost anything.

• Hello, our Logitech mice are compatible with a multitude of mouse pads. We recommend either a fabric or plastic mouse pad.
