• The best shifters that could work with it is any shifter that is not made by Logitech or the TH8A made by thrustmaster is a great like shifter that doesn't feel like a toy like this one it is also very common to misshift with this one.

• No, it has a serial port specifically for the Logitech steering wheel. Unless someone makes an adapter to USB, it won't plug in.
