In theory, yes—the keys are programmable. In actuality...the settings don't save or work only inconsistently. If programmable keys are important to you, I'd look elsewhere for now.

On your PC or Mac you can download the Logitech Options software to creat global or application-specific keyboard shortcuts. On Linux, download the solaar app. Of course this keyboard can connect to up to three devices and switch between them -- which we'll call "programmable".

ERGO K860 can be assigned to perform different functions for different applications through the Logitech "Options" software. The F1-F12 keys, Print Screen, Calculator, App Menu and Lock keys can be reassigned.
