How does the size and feel compare to the M570? null

Hey there JayK. The M575 has an extremely similar size and shape to the M570, but tweaked slightly for more ergonomics and ease of use. Personally my wife used both and barely noticed a difference between the two. -Weston from Logitech

IMHO, it is more comfortable for my hand. I have had several of the M5XX line and have enjoyed them all.

The trackball seems a little more resistant but nothing to fret over by any means. Some could say the M570 ball was loose. Otherwise, exactly the same. I used the M570 on the daily for the past 5 years and switched two months ago and all is well.
