• Hi CODGamer, The Extreme 3D Pro Gaming Joystick was designed for Flight simulator games and not for FPS games like COD. - Richard from Logitech

• Probably not due to the fact it takes over a majority of the mouse positioning I haven't tried but it might be able to take over the whole keyboard and mouse layout.
