I absolutely think you can, if anything the way these keyboards are designed they are raised a bit more than normal keyboards so I can see a palm rest giving some sort of comfort.

You could position the palm rest to fit centered or off centered based on your preference. The palm rest would not attach to the keyboard it would just sit on the desk next to the keyboard.
