So I got this this a couple days ago, but my friends are hearing static and say this head set sounds worse than my $30 Turtle Beach headset. I am using this on a lap top, until I get the parts for a PC. I did use G Hub to adjust it for them. null

I had some high-pitch static issues with the first one I had as well. Replacing the headset solved the problem. Since there's a 2-year warranty period, I would recommend exchanging it.

Hello, you may want to check the connection of your mic to your headset, update your G-hub app, try turning on/off Blue voice in G-Hub. If these don't alleviate the issue, you may have a faulty headset.
