Check your profile in the Logitech Gaming software make sure its set correctly and check your game set to make sure 4 and 5 are assigned to the setting your using if you still an issue uninstall Logitech gaming software reboot and reinstall and check again if you still have an issue contact Logitech
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best bet is taking it to a Best But and ask them. I have yet to go to Best Buy where the Geek Squad people or sales people in that area wouldn't know. What you may have possibly could be defective or not compatible for the device.
