No, this headset will not work with the Xbox 360. It only has PC hookups, not USB

It's got a separate headphone jack and microphone jack. So unless you find some kind of adapter, I'd look for one specifically for the Xbox.

If your video output has headphone jacks then yes. Microphone will not.

This works with Mac and Windows platforms.
