• I got it to work on my iPhone by plugging both jacks into a splitter and plugging that into my phone.

• Yes it can but you won't be able to use the microphone at the same time as the headphones.

• No. Because the microphone and speakers are split into two lines so you can plug each line into your device mic-in and speaker-out jacks.

• Not unless you get an adapter that would combine the headset's separate mic/headphone cables into one phone audio port.
