Yes. All of the buttons are fully mappable, but as fast as I can tell you cannot program key macros on this model.

You can download a program from logitech which will let you create presets for your mouse. It can even store one using its onboard memory making it available for use anywhere. As for the presets you can program the buttons to be like any on your keyboard and then some.
