• A:Answer I tried using another dongle for the same brand and style mouse and it didn't work. I then used the new mouse and it worked. Found the old dongle and it worked with the original mouse.

Q: QuestionHi, I have misplaced the bluetooth receiver for this mouse, which has been excellent for the past 1.5 years. Does Logitech make replacement receivers that can pair with an existing mouse? I would prefer not to waste a perfectly good mouse. Thanks!
