“I purchased the G435 for my son to use with his switch and whilst the audio works, The mic/chat function seems not to. I also tried to do the firmware update via Logitech website but it didn’t need an update. I’ve tried with the dongle plugged in too.”

• I have same issue with mic after 2 yrs usage. Since I wfh, I will now be looking for something else.

• You might need to hold the mute button down to change the bluetooth mode on the headset the power button should change colors if done right
