• So likely your problem is caused by drivers needing updates, however if problems like this persist contact a support agent from the respective company, however for the G502 Hero it is a USB device, which is managed by licensed USB software.

• I’ve had no issue with Catalina on my Mac. Not sure how helpful that might be but hover works fine
