If the cable you use is USB C, then you likely can. It does come with it's own cable

I don't think the wireless charging technology this mouse has would work with your wireless phone charger. I have tried this using several of my wireless chargers. I think the wireless charging only works with the Logitech Qi charging mouse pad.

No it only works on their powerplay mousepad for charging.

Yes, any USB-C charger will do. I charge it with the cable i got from my Soundcore earbuds. just plug it on one of my PC's port and that's it.

No, you're going to want to get the Powerplay Mousepad for wireless charging. It doesn't use the same kind of charger as phones/headphones.
