USB Port is not working? what do I need to do? null

Hello AB! To use the USB Passthrough feature of your G512 SE Wired Mechanical Gaming Keyboard with RBG Back Lighting, make sure to connect both ends of the USB cable to your computer (both need to be plugged in to 2 USB ports) and that you have downloaded and installed the free G Hub software https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025298133 for any firmware updates.
