I would say yes. Pretty good noise isolation, mic mutes on swing up and controls are handy on headset

Good exterior noise cancellation on this headset so it would definitely drown out any background noise to focus on your conversation, the downside being you might be talking louder than you think if you've got the volume cranked up which may annoy your coworkers. Hope that helps.

They don't cancel out much outside noise if thats what your asking.
