Yes, you should be able to. I use this mouse with my iMac and the Logitech software installed without problems on MacOS. The mouse is wired and not Bluetooth, but your Mac Pro should have normal USB ports which will work with this mouse.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I use this daily on my mac book pro for work. You have to install the Logitech software to get customizations to work otherwise the dpi is pretty slow without it (I think it stays at the minimum of 250 without the software control) .
