“Bought this G613 for son to use on the ps4. Read that it should work. We go to connect and it says it’s not compatible. Any reason as to why I get this.”

Try opening up a game on the PS4 then see if a mouse cursor shows up. Some games for consoles are keyboard compatible while others are not.

Very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the G613 not being compatible with the PS4. The listed compatability requirements for the G613 are USB port and Windows® 7 or later, Mac OS® X 10.10 or later, Chrome OS™, or Android™ 3.2 or later and Bluetooth enabled device with Windows® 8 or later, Mac OS® X 10.12 or later, Chrome OS™, or Android™ 3.2 or later, iOS 10 or later. Logitech's wired keyboards would be a better option with PS4, but only on certain games.
