Hello, Egorkaa! Make sure when you're using your G733 headset you have your input device set to your G733's. If you are still experiencing issues make sure that the mute button on the back of the left ear cup is unmuted. - Maggie from Logitech G
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the mic is plugged in all the way. There is a line to indicate where it should go in up to. If that doesn't work make sure your setting are set up correctly. Most of the time windows will automatically change to the correct outputs, other times it doesn't not. For example I use this for work as well and on some programs like slack or zoom I sometimes have to manually set it up. Lastly I would check through the logitech hub to diagnose through the software. Also try restarting your computer. Hope that helps.
