• I use this on PS5 so it should also work on PS4. Have you gone into your sound settings on the PS4 and switch the output device to your headset and designated it to "All Audio" instead of just "Chat Audio"?

• Hello Cameron. The G733 are compatible with PS4. You might need to go into your audio settings on the PS4 and select the USB headset for audio and microphone. It is not always automatic like when you plug a 3.5mm into the controller.
