• A:Answer Hello gamer229, the G733 is a wireless only headset. Unfortunately, an auxiliary cable will not work with the headset. I apologize for the inconvenience. You can Check out our G935 headset or our G Pro X wired headset as well. Those two headsets will work great with an 3.5mm audio jack. Have a great day.

Q: QuestionCould you take off the microphone if need? I already have a microphone and I only need a headset and this looks really good so yeah I only need the headset and not the microphone if that makes sense. Could I remove it and re-attach it if I wanted to?

I bought this to use when I first started streaming but since then I've upgraded to a standalone mic but still use this headset as my daily driver for FPS games and other games requiring full sound immersion. The audio quality is great. :) i also love always having a backup mic, just in case! You will LOVE IT!

• A:Answer Hello Khai, yes, you'll be able to use the G733 while it is being charged. You can either use the charging cable as a direct plugin, instead of the USB dongle or use a power brick to charge your headset and still use the USB dongle as your main connection. Have a great day.

• A:Answer Hello Gabe! Absolutely, the G733 LIGHTSPEED Wireless DTS Headphone:X 2.0 Headset will indeed work for PS4 and PS5. It is a wireless-only headset that works via its LIGHTSPEED wireless receiver, so the included USB-C charging cable will only charge the headset, and cannot be used as a wired connectivity option.

• A:Answer Hi Peter, The memory foam earcups for the G733 shouldn't rip through with continuous use. As far as cleaning them without damaging or ripping the memory foam, as long as you use a soft non-abrasive cloth, you should be able to clean it just fine. If damage should occur with normal use, just remember that the G733 has a 2-year limited hardware warranty.
