Q: QuestionI've lost my dongle for my G733 headset. What are my replacement options? Or do i have to hit up Logitech for a replacement. Looking to find a fast replacement rather than waiting for it to be shipped in. Cheers

• A:Answer Replacement options from Logitech are pretty much "Buy a new product" This product is not listed anywhere on their site for support. They say the dongle for the G533 should work as a replacement. However, it is not available on their site and on Amazon runs $69.99.

• A:Answer Hello, Glo! Unfortunately, this headset only works with PC and Playstation and won't work with mobile devices. I would recommend taking a look at either the G435 or the G735 headset as these both have a Bluetooth option that will allow you to pair them to your phone. - Maggie from Logitech G

Q: QuestionCan I directly plug the USB charger of G733 in my extension (which has a USB charging port) and not destroy the product? cause I can't charge it while using it in my laptop for all the USB port in my laptop is already in use for my keyboard and mouse.

Unfortunately, the G733 LIGHTSPEED Wireless DTS Headphone:X 2.0 Headset only works through its LIGHTSPEED USB Receiver, and doesn't offer Bluetooth for devices like iPhone and tablets. • A:Answer Hi zimplyyy, Unfortunately, you cannot change the RGB lighting on the G733 using your PS4. The only way to do that is using a computer that has Logitech's G Hub software.
