I've used a lot of wireless gaming headsets over the years, and one of the biggest frustrations is having to remember to charge my headset and having to stop playing just because the battery dies. That's where the Glorious GHS Wireless InfinitePlay comes in and it immediately stands out. The biggest feature is the hot swappable battery system, and after using it, it's surprisingly difficult to go back to a traditional wireless headset. Instead of plugging in a charging cable or waiting an hour for the headset to recharge or having to plug in a USB-C cord while midgame, the GHS Wireless comes with a charging base station that keeps a spare battery topped off and ready to go. Swapping batteries takes only a few seconds, and the best part is that you don't have to remove any covers or panels to access the battery. It simply slides in and out, making the process incredibly fast and effortless. It's one of those features that sounds small on paper but completely changes the gaming experience, especially during long gaming sessions or marathon weekends and the headset will even still work while you are swapping between batteries. The included charging base is also a nice addition to the setup. It keeps the headset organized on your desk while simultaneously charging the spare battery, so you're almost always ready with a full battery waiting. It eliminates battery anxiety entirely, which is something very few wireless gaming headsets can honestly claim. It also has a USB-C slot of the wireless receiver so it frees up a USB-C port on your computer or gaming console. Sound quality is another area where the GHS Wireless delivers. The custom tuned drivers produce a detailed and balanced sound signature with strong bass response that doesn't overpower the mids or highs. Explosions have plenty of impact, footsteps remain easy to distinguish, and dialogue comes through clearly whether you're playing competitive shooters or story-driven single-player games. Music also sounds surprisingly good, making the headset versatile enough for everyday listening outside of gaming. My only complaint is that the headset doesn't get that loud. That being said, in the Glorious Core app, there is a toggle “Volume Boost” that is grayed out and says coming soon. So Glorious is aware of this issue and will be fixing it with an update soon. The Microphone quality is equally impressive. The detachable boom microphone captures voices clearly with good background noise rejection, making it an excellent choice for Discord chats, multiplayer games, or work calls. One feature I really appreciate is that Glorious also included a built-in internal microphone. If you don't want to attach the boom mic while casually gaming, watching videos, or taking a quick call over Bluetooth, the internal microphone automatically gives you that flexibility without leaving you completely without voice capability. In order to customize the Equalizer for the GHS you will need to the download the Glorious Core app on a computer and there is no smart phone app if you are using this for just console gaming. In the app you can customize the Sound Profile and they have presets for certain competitive games that you can pick from, which is a nice addition. You can also customize the Mic volume along with the side tones and enable ENC which will block out background noise. The controls are thoughtfully laid out and easy to learn. On the headset you'll find a dedicated volume wheel for a game/chat mix control that lets you quickly balance game audio with voice chat, a dedicated microphone mute button, and a separate button for switching between the low-latency 2.4 GHz wireless connection and Bluetooth. Everything is positioned well enough that after a short time I could adjust settings by feel without taking the headset off. Build quality also deserves praise. The headset feels solid and the earcups swivel so they can lay flat when they are around your neck. There aren't any creaks or cheap feeling plastics, and it feels like it can handle everyday use without issue. The headband provides a comfortable fit with enough padding for extended gaming sessions, while the ear cushions remain comfortable even after wearing them for several hours. Clamping force feels well balanced, providing a secure fit without creating unnecessary pressure. Connectivity is simple and reliable. The low latency 2.4 GHz wireless mode provides an excellent gaming experience with virtually no noticeable delay, while Bluetooth makes it easy to pair with phones, tablets, or other compatible devices. Switching between the two wireless modes only takes a button press, making it convenient depending on what you're using. Since I use this with my PC, PS5 and Switch 2, I have the battery docking station on my desk and then I will remove the wireless dongle from the charging base to plug into my PS5 and then I will connect it with Bluetooth to my Switch 2. That being said, there are two omissions that stand out for a headset at this premium price. The first is the lack of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). The passive isolation is decent, but at this price point I would have liked the option to block out more background noise while gaming or casual listening. The second disappointment is that you cannot use Bluetooth and the 2.4 GHz wireless connection simultaneously. Many premium headsets now allow you to listen to game audio over the wireless dongle while taking a phone call or listening to music over Bluetooth at the same time. Unfortunately, the GHS Wireless requires you to choose one connection or the other. While this won't matter to everyone, it is a feature I expected to see in a headset at this price. The real time hot swappable battery system is genuinely innovative, the sound quality is good, the microphone performs well, and the overall comfort and build quality make it easy to wear for long sessions. While the lack of ANC and simultaneous Bluetooth plus 2.4 GHz connectivity keep it from being perfect, those shortcomings don't overshadow what is otherwise an exceptionally well designed wireless gaming headset.

Really nice gaming headphones. They include a battery charging station, two removable batteries, two USB C long cables (with one adapter to type A), the headset, a USB dongle and a removable boom mic. The install was pretty easy. Just plug the charging station (which I think should have been the wireless dongle too, but the dongle plugs into it), insert one battery into the headset (clicks into place with a nice click) and one into the charging station. The mic is removable too. Then you install their Core software and it told me there was a firmware update. You need to plug the headset via USB cable to update its firmware (not wireless) and the dongle. After it, it was ready to go. The software is very nice and easy to use. They got several settings like sidetone/mic monitoring (more on this later), mic noise canceling, EQs (this section is pretty nice, they show you what it changes in some nice frequency range graphs and gives you a short explanation of what each preset is emphasizing). They also have presets for some popular games (like Battlefield 6, valorant, etc.). The batteries last a long time and the best feature is that when you are swapping one, the headset does not turn off, stays on long enough for you to plug in your new one. The major win of this headset is the comfort, wow, they are so comfy. I own several other brands, and these hands down are one of the comfiest ones I have. They have a floating headband that feel good on your head, and apart from that the sides also extend. The earpads are breathable and nice fabric. The headset controls are very nice and super intuitive and easy to use. They have two rotary knobs, which their main functions are the main volume and also game/chat mix volume (great win here, game/chat mix I think is a must on a gaming headset). If you press or long press on them, you activate other functions. There is also a lone dedicated mic mute button. Now, there are 2 major cons right now and 1 minor one: 1- The volume levels are too low, almost make the headset unusable. They say they are working on a volume boost feature update, but they should not have been release with such low volume levels. Far lower than any gaming headsets from any other brand you may find out there. From what I could barely hear, they seem to have nice sound quality and specially with the EQ presets, for what I could try on Rainbow six siege with the FPS presets, footsteps were clear (its just that the the low volume is too bad right now). This needs to be fixed ASAP. I may provide an update if/when they do so. 2- The sidetone/mic monitoring volume is also super low, even at max level (all it does now the max level is introduce a white hiss noise), I can barely hear my own voice, I have to stick the boom mic so close to my mouth, almost kissing it. 3- Minor con, no simultaneous Bluetooth. You can switch from it to 2.4ghz mode quick, but not simultaneous. If they can iron out the kinks quick, they have a winner in their hands. Specially on the comfort (again, this is its major win, you would not believe how comfy they are you have to try them!), features, battery life/swappabiltiy.

I've only ever seen keyboards and mice from Glorious and wasn't even aware they had stepped into the headphone market until seeing the GHS Wireless pop up. When reading about them I found they had released a wired version (the GHS Eternal) earlier this year, but the GHS Wireless InfinitePlay (as the same suggests) is a wireless offering that has a hot-swappable battery setup allowing for, you guessed it, "infinite" playability. It's a really interesting concept, provide users with a charger and two batteries, one to charge, one to use, so long as you stay on top of keeping one of them topped off, you're good, never have to worry about running out of juice. That's awesome and a dongle slot for charging is also nicely integrated. Everything has a very nice feel to it, pops of orange on anything of interest to draw your attention and eye to it. But that's about it, after that you are left with some run of the mill headphones that don't really have all that amazing sound. They sound good, don't get me wrong, but they aren't going to have you running to your friends saying "omg, you *have* to hear these...!!!" But the battery setup really is nice, and you still have the option to played wired and there's a detachable mic. All of these aux items are of the same great quality. The mic is thick and not flimsy like many others, as such you aren't able to position it in an infinite (sorry) number of positions, but it also won't break or move on you once it *is* set. The type-c cables (you get two of them) are a thicker gauge than what you get with most other devices and as a result I will likely use for other devices. The two buttons and knobs (one each per side) are a nice metal with knurled bumps on them for added texture. The knobs spin and depress, allowing for multiple functions. Again, the quality of everything from feel, to texture, to "heft", all very well done. It's all 8 out of 10. The should quality is where you're in that 6.5-7 out of 10 *at best* and is why I can't give this a full 5 stars, not at this price-point anyway. Bass is lacking and when using EQ to adjust you can tell you are at the limits of what the speakers are able to provide. Recommended so long as you know these are not going to win any audio quality awards, everything else about them is awesome. They'd definitely do the trick if you have never had nice headphones before and aren't familiar with what else is out there, and they more than make up for that detraction in build quality and of course the awesome battery swapping feature which really is huge to know you never have to worry about them going dead.

Glorious is definitely bringing some changes to their peripherals they previous made their first swappable battery on their gaming mouse and now glorious looks like would to continue the same the sign approach on things, now we got the GHS Wireless Infinite Play Gaming Headset UNBOXING: unboxing the headset though was very uninspired boring experience but you do get a quick start guide quickly highlighting the headsets feature and your typical manaul. also inside the box we get the headsets, the charging dock for the headset with 2 sets of battery to switch around to, you also get a detachable microphone 1 dongle and 1 receiver and 2 USBC adapter. PRODUCT & FEATURES looking at the headset the whole casing is pretty much plastic and the earpad is very mushy that is very comfortable around the ear and it’s detachable and can be change for other ear cups online . the headset is fully wireless, its. a great size. headset is light weight and also pretty flexible compared to other headset ive tried, the best part about this is the fact that you can swap the batteries that last over 80 hrs. headset has the ability to switch up to 5 profiles. you do will need to download their software if you would like to fully customize the headset with its EQ which right now it shows currently on beta, but from my testing its very customizable. one of the coolest thing ive seen so far is how this headset features a detachable microphone and a built in microphone, so if you prefer not having a boom microphone hanging over your face you have an option to just use the built in. this headset has 40mm angled drivers and 2.4ghz for ultra low latency connectivity EXPERIENCE: when it comes to experience during gaming nothing special when it comes to the audio, this headset definitely just sounds standard but then again for that price i think its fine, i’ve experienced testing this on The finals, Battlefield 6. I would highly get on pc and change the EQ you just have further customization when using the software. also tested using on my PS5 and the only thing I wish that this headset have was a separate receiver for convenience. I also notice that even without battery the headset audio will continue to produce audio that it doesn’t disconnect you on the experience while gaming. CONCLUSION: my honest thoughts on this GHS infinite play wireless headset is that from price point to feature this gaming headset packs with great features than most headset specially the price point. the software is a huge plus to have your own custom EQ setup the ability to use for nintendo switch, PlayStation, PC and mobile is what makes this headset a great one to own or a perfect gift for your kids, I would put the volume of detachable mic on software to the highest settings, the ability to swap battery is the major win when buying this headset, I think the price point is sitting right where it needed to be, my experience has been great the headset is comfortable to place around your head not too heavy, the sounds quality is very normal on what you would expect for a gaming headset.

The Glorious GHS InfinitePlay arrived nicely packaged and had me excited to try them out. They sit comfortably on my head and remain comfortable even during extended gaming sessions. The ear pads feel really soft and don't squeeze my head or put pressure on & around my ears even though I have a large dome.. They're rather light weight which also makes a positive impression because you barely notice the headset after a while, which is great. Setup is very easy: simply plug them in with a 3.5 mm jack or the provided usb dongle and you're ready to go. Also included is a detachable microphone, which is a perk & completely sufficient for Discord or in-game chat and transmits voices in a clear & understandable way. The gamechanger is when it comes to battery life & charging, no more plugging in a cord after every gamning session. You get two swappable battery packs, Glorious claims they are rated for 85 hours of play however I have not had them long enough to test this out. One battery sits in the included charging base charging up while the other powers your session, so you rotate them instead of tethering the headset to a cable overnight. This is possible without ever losing a connection because there is a third battery built in to the headphones that supplies power while you swap the batteries, it's great! When it comes to the sound there will always be the audiophiles that will complain because they are not perfect but I find them to be quality devices. The sound sometimes can seem a small bit tinny and not quite as full as I would have liked but this is minor & only noticeable when playing certain music or bass-heavy games. I think the sound is great for normal gaming, voice chat and everyday use. In my opinion the only thing that would possibly keep me from purchasing would be price since they are above $200 but if you can afford them you will be happy with the purchase. I have enjoyed them & have gotten quite a bit of use from them since they arrived.
