Yes, you can angle it or lay it flat. It has angled feet that can be extended out from the bottom of the keyboard.

Yes, it can be angled up using folding "feet" on the back underside of the keyboard. There are actually two different options for angling the keyboard up (small feet and larger feet, if that makes sense).
