• Does not come with stand. It will mount to a table or desk easily with incorporated brackets without causing any damage to table/desk.

• You need to place it on a stand of some sort. Best when everything is mounted firmly into a proper car like position.

• No the wheel doesn't come with a stand. It will have to be mounted on a table or something similar. it has two knobs that twist to clamp onto a surface.
