It depends on what game you're playing I don't know if there's a way you could answer back, but I would recommend google searching (insert game name) force feedback settings or (game name) how to turn off force feedback. I'm sorry this is a sort of "ask somewhere else response" but that's all I can think of

There should be settings for force feedback on/off, or strength of force feedback, which you could set to zero. Some games have a setting for force feeback level so you could set that to zero maybe. that would allow you to use force feedback only for games in which you want it. I don’t think, however, that all driving games have settings for this. YOu have check the settings for the game you are interested in.
