The sale will work. You have to by the wheel only. The shifter is free but you have to pick it up at your local store. The reason why it keeps saying that is because the shifter is not in stock in your store. So you have to buy just the wheel. I ordered this the 8th of November and bought a referbished shifter on Amazon.
