There is not separate volume controls on the headphones. My son uses them on Discord and in the discord app settings there are independent volume controls for chat and game.

Please try again later.There's a scroll volume adjuster on the back of the left ear piece that adjusts overall volume, you can alter the amount of volume drop when chat is active through your PC as well through the application that you install during initial set-up. This is where you can also come back to to customize colors, audio, profiles, etc.. I have the headset and use a dual monitor PC with Discord and I'm able to play with volume maxed and when somebody talks through Discord my game volume lowers automatically so it doesn't drowned out chat.
