“I use a "Y-JACK" to connect two headsets together for customer service training. Is there a way to do this using this headset?”

• This has a usb connector on it and there is no other connector so it probably won't work with a y-jack.

• I don't think you will need to since this is plugged into a usb port.

• These are USB and as such, show up as a new digital output device and microphone. If you want to listen in for training, you need an analog headset with analog plugs.
