• Unlikely. but it'll be dependent on smart tv. I haven't heard of one that will broadcast directly to Bluetooth.

• In my experience the headset will sync to anything which has the correct type of Bluetooth interface. So, if your smart TV has Bluetooth built in, I would very strongly suspect that these will pair with it. I was disappointed that they didn't work with my PS4, but I believe that is a PS4 issue. I have not found a single Bluetooth headset which will pair with the PS4.
