Should work as long as the soundbar is bluetooth capable. Follow the instructions and go online to program it.

Not sure, but it's working very well with everything I own: Charter TV DVR, Samsung Smart TV, Samsung Soundbar, Samsung BluRay player, and even my Roku 2XS. I was very pleasantly surprised how easy it is to get programmed with the online app. I've tried several other brands and this the ONLY one that really lives up to the hype.

Yes - it should have the pre programed codes for it , worst case you can always learn the commend from your Sound Bar remote. Also if your sound bar has HDMI ( ARC ) then when plugged into your TV's HDMI ( ARC ) input this will also control the sound and volume
