Is this Harmony 665 a brand-new or refurbished unit? null

This is new. I also have the 650.Works great but make sure your batteries are new.When the batteries start to get weak, the remote becomes annoying.

It came in a clamshell sealed package ( the ones you have to cut open) that appeared brand new to me. Hope that helps. Good luck!
