• Hello, It doesn't look like the Harmony 665 remote will work with Optimum TV. You can double check for yourself using the Compatability Check. Here's the link: https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/compatibility. You may also want to ask an Optimum support technician as well. - Richard from Logitech
