Logitech Harmony Ultimate. It's worth the money, I have it in my home theater and it intigrates with home automation. I can push one button and everything turns on and the lights turn off.

At a starting price of $499, it's a better value than any of the URC or RTI remotes and is lightyears ahead from an experience standpoint. You can also grab a couple lamp controls to elevate the home theater experience by adding lighting. It really makes a big difference in the atmosphere!
