• Yes, via the network or Bluetooth. I remember seeing those options when programming mine. It looks thru your home network automatically for devices you have on your network. For me is was my TV and Roku. It is pretty amazing how well it works.

• No it does not manage the Amazon Fire TV - only remotes in conjunction with a Harmony Hub can do so. I saw a post that use CEC it will work, I have not managed to make it work.
