• I have both an old Amazon Fire TV and the new Amazon Fire TV Stick. These devices are controlled using a Bluetooth remote. None of the Harmony remotes do Bluetooth, so No, this Harmony remote will not work any of the Fire TV devices!

• Yes this remote does work with Amazon Fire TV. It works in my home.

• Yes, but because those devices use Bluetooth, you'll have to get the Hub. This remote can be paired with a Hub, and then, you can control Bluetooth and WiFi based devices. Previous answer is incomplete, at best.
