“Will this work with a system of dish, MCINTOSH , and Kaleidescape cinema one? I used to use a Universal Remote but techs in my area can not program it. Tired of changing inputs on my Sony Xbr and McIntosh when going from dish tv to watch Cinema One.”

• Not sure about the McIntosh but it should work with other equipment. I would check the Logitech web sight for your particular McIntosh model.
