It should work with most Bose systems. Worst case , if you have the original Bose remote, you can copy commands from the Bose remote to the harmony.

My guess is yes due to the fact that it works with our Sony receiver we’ve owned for 12 years. If you want surround sound with apps like Netflix you’ll need to have a wireless blue ray player to watch them or you’ll only be able to hear your TV sound.
