• If the TV's are on the same code then there is nothing you can do about that. This remote like all remotes will control both TVs simultaneously if they're next to each other. Which as you know is problematic at best.

• Hello, yes, you can pair both tvs but if they are using IR then the input signal may get crossed when attempting to use the device.
