“I need it to control a tv, a fire stick, dvd player, and stereo speaker system hooked up to the tv. (Trying to surprise my uber techy husband and idk what I'm doing. lol) Will it be able to control all of those items?”

I'm not sure about the fire stick but imagine it will control the others. I have a spectrum cable box, a Marantz receiver, a Sony Visio TV and a Samsung DVD player. If you are not a techy person, I would not bother with this remote. I am a techy person and found myself frustrated on the install. Plus, I was attempting to use one remote to control devices in my cabinets with the door closed...It's kinda spotty actually. Good luck.
