• You can do Volume Up one click at a time. Not go to a specific level setting. I had Control4 for quite a while and they were the same, so must be a reason on the receiver end. I assign a key sequence to one of the buttons. The key sequence is 10 Volume Ups (or Downs). Which on my receivers is about right for a Soft Mute or a reasonable volume increase.
