Hey Mark, Hope some of this information helps. I haven't used the 900, but have seen it and it's manual. If you require the Radio Frequency (RF) vs. Infra-Red (IR), that will make a difference. Also, if you can do without the presets at the top of the remote, that will be an important choice as well. The Logitech Harmony 700 will do almost everything you needed the 900 to do, except it is IR only. If you NEED RF, the cheapest choice would be Harmony Ultimate. To save money overall, without the need for RF, I use the Harmony 350 and have been quite happy with the performance. Remote controls are a very personal choice, so I hope you find what you're looking for. Happy hunting!
