No, in fact this is the product they are giving to those customers (I think they have the Harmony Link?) for free as a replacement.

It is not the model being bricked. It's actually the model Logitech is giving free to owners of the model being bricked, the Harmony Link.

I don't believe so, but don't quote me on it. I saw that announcement as well and was a touch concerned considering I only just bought this model a couple weeks ago. But poking around at Logitech's site leads me to believe that it's a separate model from the one that has been announced as being discontinued in 2018.

I haven't gotten around to emailing Logitech Support myself, but I recommend that if anyone has questions they do so; get the answer straight from the source.
